Fixed prices, no surprises

Most computer problems have a known fix — so they deserve a known price. Our most common jobs: fresh Windows installation € 89 (including drivers, updates and your data moved back), virus and malware removal € 79, SSD upgrade € 89 (your old hard disk cloned to a fast SSD), display repairs from € 89. Workshop diagnosis costs € 29 and is waived if you go ahead with the repair.

Start with a free remote look

Before you carry your PC across town: many problems can be diagnosed — and often fixed — remotely with our RS1 remote tool. The first assessment is free. If the machine has to come in, we tell you honestly what the repair costs and whether it is worth it. If a repair does not make economic sense, we say so.

Yes — the first remote assessment via RS1 is free. Many problems never need a workshop visit at all.

How long does a repair take?

Most standard repairs are done within 1–2 working days. Same-day express service is available for € 35 extra.

Do I lose my data?

No. Keeping your files safe is part of the job. Please still make a backup before any repair if you can — we can also do that for you as a separate service.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, the statutory warranty applies to all our work — two years.
