First rule: stop using the drive

Every minute a failing drive keeps running can overwrite your data. Switch the machine off and bring the drive or laptop in — do not install recovery tools onto the affected disk, and do not open the drive.

How we work

We examine the drive and tell you what is realistically recoverable and what it costs — before any paid work starts. Logical cases (deleted files, corrupted file systems, laptops that will not boot but whose disks are healthy) can often be handled in-house at workshop prices. Mechanically damaged drives need a clean-room lab; we say so honestly and help you choose a reputable one instead of selling you false hope.

Afterwards: a backup that actually runs

The best recovery is the one you never need. We set up automatic backups that survive real life — see IT support, or ask during pickup. It is cheaper than any second recovery.

Frequently asked questions

How much does data recovery cost?

It depends on the damage. Diagnosis comes first, and you get a fixed quote before we start any paid work — with an honest note on the chances.

My laptop will not start. Are my files gone?

Often not: in many cases the disk is fine and only Windows or another component failed. Recovering files from such machines is routine work.

Can you recover a clicking hard drive?

A clicking drive is usually a mechanical failure and belongs in a clean-room lab, not a workshop. We tell you that honestly and help you choose a reputable lab.

Do you recover deleted photos from USB sticks and memory cards?

Yes — deleted or formatted media are classic logical cases with good chances, as long as nothing new was written onto them.
