New in Vienna and your PC speaks German better than your IT guy speaks English? We support individuals, expats and small companies with everything digital: repairs, remote help, on-site visits (€ 69 including the first 30 minutes), printers, Wi-Fi, email accounts, backups and new-device setup.

For small businesses

Practices, agencies, shops and offices get a fixed contact instead of a hotline queue: we set up and maintain workstations, keep backups actually running, and are reachable when something breaks. Care packages are agreed individually — you pay for what you need, not for a call centre.

In English, in writing

Our support language for email and the contact form is English or German — your choice. Written support has a nice side effect: you always have everything documented. Phone support is primarily in German; for English, email is the reliable route and we answer fast (Mon–Sat 8am–8pm, usually within the hour).

Yes — email and contact-form support is fully available in English, and remote sessions work in English too. Many of our customers are international.

What does a home or office visit cost?

€ 69 including travel and the first 30 minutes, then € 15 per started quarter hour. Fixed, including VAT.

Can you look after our small company's IT?

Yes — ongoing care for small businesses is our daily work: workstations, backups, email, printers, security. Packages are agreed individually.

Do I need a contract?

No. You can use us job by job. Ongoing care packages exist for those who want guaranteed response times, and website maintenance from € 39/month is cancellable monthly.
