What we do

1.wien is a small digital workshop in Vienna (1210, Siegfriedgasse 23). We repair computers and laptops at fixed prices agreed before we start, help remotely via our own RS1 tool, and build websites for small businesses. We are happy to communicate in English by email and through our contact form — you always know what happens next and what it costs.

Describe your problem via the form on this page — in English. We reply by email, usually within the hour during opening times (Mon–Sat, 8am–8pm). For most software problems, the fastest way is a remote session: the first look is free, and you only pay for the minutes we actually work.

Do you speak English?

Yes. Email and contact-form support is fully available in English, and remote sessions work fine in English too. Our phone line is primarily German-speaking — for English, the contact form is the fastest way.

Where are you located?

Siegfriedgasse 23, 1210 Vienna (Floridsdorf). We also come to you anywhere in Vienna, and remote support works across Austria.

Are your prices really fixed?

Yes. You get the price before we start — repairs, home visits and websites all have fixed prices including VAT. If something unexpected turns up, we stop and ask first.

How fast do you respond?

Email and form enquiries are usually answered within the hour during opening times (Mon–Sat 8am–8pm). Remote sessions are often possible right away.
