How the packages work

Instead of paying per session, you buy a block of minutes once: 15 minutes € 24 · 30 minutes € 48 · 60 minutes € 96 — that is € 1.60 per minute instead of the regular € 1.65. The credit is not a subscription: nothing renews, nothing expires for 24 months, it simply sits there until used. Payment via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay); minutes are credited immediately.

Good to know

The free first assessment applies to package holders too — the meter only runs while we actually work. If a session runs longer than your credit, the remainder is simply billed at the regular rate. Questions in English: use the contact form, we answer fast.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a subscription?

No. A package is prepaid credit: buy once, use until empty, valid 24 months. Nothing renews automatically, nothing to cancel.

How do I pay?

Via Stripe — card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment page is Stripe's; we never see your card details. Invoice comes by email; businesses can add their VAT ID.

What happens to unused minutes?

They stay valid for 24 months from purchase. Cash payout is not possible; the statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

What if my problem takes longer than my package?

We continue seamlessly and bill the extra time at the regular € 1.65 per minute — or you top up with another package.
