Mac help without the drama

Slow MacBook, macOS misbehaving after an update, battery draining fast, storage full, or a Mac that will not start — we look at it, tell you the fixed price, and you decide. The first remote assessment via RS1 is free (RS1 runs on macOS too). Workshop diagnosis is € 29, waived if we do the repair.

We are an independent workshop, not an Apple Store: we tell you openly when an Apple service is the better route (for example warranty cases) and when the independent repair saves you real money.

Do you repair all MacBook models?

We work on most MacBook Air and Pro models as well as iMacs. After the free assessment you get a fixed quote — including an honest note if Apple service is the better option for your case.

My Mac is slow — can you help remotely?

Often yes. RS1 remote support runs on macOS; the first look is free and many clean-ups never need a workshop visit.

Can you move my data to a new Mac?

Yes — complete migration including photos, mail and documents. We also transfer data between iPhones and Macs.

What does the diagnosis cost?

Remote first look: free. Workshop diagnosis: € 29, waived if you go ahead with the repair.
