Clear price before we ring your doorbell
The visit costs € 69 including travel and the first 30 minutes of work, then € 15 per started quarter hour — VAT included, no fuel surcharges, no small print. Most standard jobs (Wi-Fi, printer, new PC setup) are finished within the first hour.

Booking in English
Book through the contact form in English — we confirm by email with a time window. Visits are available Mon–Sat, 8am–8pm, in all 23 Vienna districts. If your problem turns out to be software-only, we may suggest the cheaper remote session first.
